Training Center Internship
Spend 9 months in Mexico playing a vital role in the Great Commission while gaining real ministry experience and deepening your faith.
Missionary Training Interns get to serve missionary candidates in training, take classes and language lessons, and grow through discipleship and an intentional christian community.
Radius Serve Internship
Spend either 3 or 9 months in Mexico with a very hands experience caring for the poor through home building and other aid.
Radius Serve Interns get to serve the local Mexico community, lead and support visiting service teams, complete book studies, and grow in discipleship from Radius staff.
Training Center Internship
What does it look like when you join us as a Training Center Intern?
The Training Center Internship is designed for followers of Jesus between the ages of 18 and 25 that desire the following:
- To participate in the Great Commission
- Be discipled by mature believers with cross-cultural and pastoral experience
- Serve church planters in training
- Gain valuable ministry experience
- Live in Mexico and experience the culture firsthand
- Learn biblical missiology
- Learn Spanish
Serve in childcare, hospitality, maintenance, recruiting interns, event management and setup, transportation, and media.
Learn through joining some of the Radius classes, working closely with a team (team dynamics), Spanish lessons, guided book readings, and living and interacting in a foreign country.
Grow by one-on-one discipleship, small groups, spiritual disciplines, Scripture memory, church involvement, group exercise, and living and interacting with people committed to missions.
Your year will fly by quickly!
The Training Internship will be at one of our two training centers in Mexico. Interns will live on campus with other interns, students, and staff.
The Training Center Internship is designed as a one-year program, split into two semesters and one break:
- Mid-August to mid-December
- Winter break
- Mid-January to mid-June
The Training Center Internship costs $5,850 per intern. The cost includes:
- Tuition
- Meals (Monday–Friday)
- Lodging and utilities
Interns should also plan for $300–400 per month for personal spending, weekends, laundry, taxis, etc.

Radius Serve Internship
What does it look like when you join us as a Radius Serve Intern?
The Radius Serve Internship is designed for followers of Jesus between the ages of 18 and 25 that desire the following:
- To participate in the Great Commission
- Serve in a way that is hands on, active, and in the local Mexico community
- Live in Mexico and experience the culture firsthand
- Learn biblical missiology
- Be discipled by mature believers with pastoral experience
Serve the local Mexico community, support visiting church groups, and help lead simple home builds for families in need.
Learn from missionary biographies, gain practical ministry skills, and grow in personal leadership.
Grow by discipleship, small groups, spiritual disciplines, Scripture memory, and church involvement.
The Radius Serve Internship is in Mexico. Serve interns will live in our dorms with other interns, visiting serve groups, and staff.
The Serve Interns can apply for a 3 or 9 month program. The program dates are:
- 3-month Internship: June-August
- 9-month Internship: September-May
The Serve Internship cost varies depending on the length of the program:
- 3-month: $1,950 per intern
- 9-month: $5,850 per intern
These costs include:
- Meals
- Lodging and utilities
Interns should also plan for an extra $300–400 per month for personal spending, weekends, laundry, taxis, etc.
