Outcome-Based Training

At Radius, we believe that effective church planting among the least reached requires more than passion. It requires preparation that shapes who you are, deepens what you know, and equips you with the skills to persevere. Our 9-month residential training is designed to do exactly that—so you can arrive on the field ready to endure for the long haul. Everything we teach points toward a single goal: healthy, indigenous, reproducing churches in unreached language groups. This means our curriculum is practical, rigorous, and tailored to the realities of cross-cultural ministry. You’ll graduate knowing not just what to do, but how to do it in challenging, unfamiliar contexts.

  • Be — Christlike character, resilience, and humility
  • Know — Biblical truth, missiology, and cultural insight
  • Do — Language learning, evangelism, and discipleship skills

Immersive Environment

From day one, you’ll step into a cross-cultural environment where you live, train, and grow alongside fellow missionary candidates. The pace is challenging, the standards are high, and every day offers real-time lessons that prepare you for the field. You’ll experience:

  • Real world cross-cultural challenges
  • Intensive language acquisition practice
  • Community living that fosters teamwork and accountability

Learning to Belong

We train you to enter new cultures not as an outsider delivering a message, but as a participant in community life. That means learning to:

  • Listen before you speak
  • Adapt to new customs without compromising the gospel
  • Build relationships that open doors for discipleship

The Go Fund

Interested in missions but have student debt? Learn more about the partnership between Radius and The Go Fund.

Graduates of Radius enjoy an extraordinary benefit that few cross-cultural workers do. Our graduates who have student debt ($20,000–$100,000) are pre-approved to The Go Fund’s Student Debt Repayment Program.

As graduates do what they were trained to do — plant churches among an unreached people group — The Go Fund will pay off their student debt.
