Radius Gap-Year Internship
What does it look like when you join us as an intern in Mexico to play a vital role in the Great Commission while simultaneously gaining valuable ministry experience and opportunities to grow in your faith?
The Radius Gap Year is designed for followers of Jesus between the ages of 18 and 25 that desire the following:
- To participate in the Great Commission
- Be discipled by mature believers with cross-cultural and pastoral experience
- Serve church planters in training
- Gain valuable ministry experience
- Live in Mexico and experience the culture firsthand
- Learn biblical missiology
- Learn Spanish

Serve in childcare, hospitality, maintenance, recruiting interns, event management and setup, transportation, and media.
Learn through joining some of the Radius classes, working closely with a team (team dynamics), Spanish lessons, guided book readings, and living and interacting in a foreign country.
Grow by one-on-one discipleship, small groups, spiritual disciplines, Scripture memory, church involvement, group exercise, and living and interacting with people committed to missions.
Your gap year will fly by quickly!
The internship will be at one of our two campuses in Mexico. Gap-Year interns will live on campus with other interns, students, and staff.

The Gap-Year Internship is designed as a one-year program, split into two semesters and one break:
- Mid-August to mid-December
- Winter break
- Mid-January to mid-June
The internship program costs $4,500 per intern. The cost includes:
- Tuition
- Meals (Monday–Friday)
- Lodging and utilities
Interns should also plan for $300–400 per month for personal spending, weekends, laundry, taxis, etc.
I grew to treasure God’s heart for the nations and the very people that God is sending out. —Sharon
