Radius International is currently seeking teammates for the following positions.
Director of Admissions
The Director of Admissions serves as a frontline representative of Radius, identifying and engaging prospective students through strategic travel, in-person events, and relational follow-up. The Director's efforts should lead to healthy ministry relationships and a strong pipeline of prospective students leading to enrollment.
Core Responsibilities
- Represent Radius at conferences, churches, colleges, and ministry events
- Communicate the mission clearly and compellingly
- Build relationships with pastors and ministry leaders
- Maintain follow-up with prospective students
- Track and manage leads
- Communicate with the Advancement Team regarding leads
- Travel regularly and coordinate events
- Maintain alignment with Radius culture and messaging
Qualifications
- Evident relationship with Jesus Christ
- Strong commitment to a local church
- Strong alignment with Radius' mission and missiology
- Spiritual maturity and humility
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Willing and able to travel frequently
- Ministry or recruiting experience preferred

Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant to the President exists to maximize the effectiveness of the President by owning logistics, communication, and execution details so that the President can remain fully focused on advancing the mission of Radius.
This role requires a high-capacity operator who anticipates needs, executes without constant direction, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
Core Responsibilities
Executive Support & Calendar Management
- Own and manage the President's calendar with precision and foresight
- Prioritize meetings and commitments based on mission impact
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them proactively
- Prepare the President for meetings with necessary context and materials
Travel & Logistics
- Build detailed itineraries for complex domestic and international travel with contingencies
- Adjust plans quickly when travel disruptions occur
- Ensure seamless transitions between travel, meetings, and events
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a central communication point between the President and Executive Team
- Maintain alignment and clarity across teams with concise and timely communication
- Draft and manage correspondence as needed
- Ensure follow-up and task completion across leadership
Execution & Task Management
- Track key priorities and ensure completion without reminders
- Follow through on delegated tasks with excellence and urgency
- Identify gaps and take initiative to solve problems
- Maintain organized systems for information, schedules, and workflows
Availability & Flexibility
- Maintain flexibility to support the President across time zones, including while overseas
- Be responsive and dependable in high-demand or shifting situations
Qualifications
- Evident relationship with Jesus Christ

- Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
- Excellent (clear, concise, professional, effective) communication skills, including communication with executive-level leaders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Foresight and the ability to anticipate future needs
- Ability to execute quickly and accurately with minimal oversight
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Commitment to follow-through and ensuring projects are completed without external prompting

Training Advisors
Training advisors are husband and wife teams that shepherd students through the training program by encouraging them in their spiritual growth, character development, and effectiveness as a team member. TA’s also support students and their local churches as they work through decisions about teammates, ministry location, and sending agencies by meeting regularly with students, both in group settings and individually.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain current and relevant knowledge on the student’s progress.
- Conduct one-on-ones to discuss student’s progress in the course and coach them through particular situations.
- Lead formal community group times (every other week).
- Communicate with student’s home church.
- Maintain an intimate understanding of the students’ strong, weak, and sinful areas of their lives.
- Provide biblical counsel to students in decision-making and character development.
- Ideally would learn the local language & be a trusted part of the community.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Radius training curriculum.
- Attend regularly scheduled department meetings.
- Participate in day-to-day campus life.
- Lead a community group.
- Each Training Advisor will perform various duties related to the training program that are in addition to the roles outlined in responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Be a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ and able to articulate a personal testimony of salvation.
- Be a current and active member of a local church that aligns doctrinally with Radius.
- Be able to fully support Radius’ mission, vision, core values, doctrinal statement, and missiology.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in cross-cultural church planting, pastorate, or entrepreneurial business preferred.
- Ability to assess the character of individuals and provide biblical counsel.
Compensation
- This is a salaried position.
- Compensation to be agreed upon when hired.
